Good, I would love to buy from this site again.
My prop turned out beautifully, and they even upgraded it without further cost as the one I chose was more likely to get damaged in transit. Seems sort of delicate, but of course that is expected from such a large prop with so many components. Shipping was incredibly expensive (almost the same price as the actual purchase) but that was expected as I live in the UK. If you live in a country like the UK, then be aware of customs charges as well. Very happy with my purchase though, and great customer service - answered all my questions.
First time trying out a cosplay outfit so nervous on how it will be and fit. But ordering from the site was good, and being able to give them measurements for a more comfortable fit is a bonus. 4/27 Items arrived - Boots fit well and look nice. Gloves did not fit they were for smaller hands, was not asked for glove sizes so figured they would be a bit more stretchable. Belt was cheaply made, does not fit well and can not or won't think of tightening it afraid it would break. Buttons on cloak are loose but with more thread can be made tighter. Look of outfit makes me think of more as pajamas then a cosplay outfit, guess it's the material used.
Quick and easy to use and my son loves his costume. Need an easier way to connect to customer service.

Great site. Expensive shipping but worth it. The outfits I ordered were amazing quality and I was super surprised when I opened them. Got to say I was highly satisfied with them and the company worked with me to make my daughters first cosplay go amazingly well! From now on I will no longer order my outfits for cons from anyone else!
Very quick and simple. I love that the sizing charts are also in inches! Very satisfied! The only thing I didn't like was that the outfit said it came with the anklet and i did not receive it.

My cosplay arrived and I understand that there was a short time from from when I ordered it to when I needed it but compared to the quality your site offered my is okay wasn't of the highest.

My Elizabeth cosplay's wig is green when it's supposed to be grey, and then I got a random item that wasn't part of my Meliodas cosplay...
I was short on time to order a cosplay and after searching the web, came here. Best decision I ever made. The shipping was very fast as was the manufacturing of the costume itself. Upon arrival, it is exactly what was in the picture and seemingly made very well. Will definitely be back for more!
