Contacting the company was very easy! I always received a prompt response. The costume was very well made, though, some of the props could use a little more attention. Particularly the pink on my D.va gun was a little gummy on some parts and one small bit already fell off. I might still order from this website though.

EDIT: So it's taken a little while, but I finally got my order. They were very good at getting back to me quickly when I emailed them about the status of my order. It took 3 weeks to make my order which is about as long as I would expect, and I got the express shipping so it took technically 1 day to get here which was cool. I heard some people got theirs in less than 2 weeks but I suppose hoping for that every time is just wishful thinking. The cosplay itself is a bit better than I expected, just has a few weird little quirks about it. Some parts have to be safety pinned on which is random but hey, it works I guess. I went by the sizing chart to pick a size and it fits perfectly. I dunno if I'll ever be in a position again where I'm too short on time to make my own cosplay, but if I ever was then ezcosplay isn't too bad. Your mileage may vary though.
Lots of different props and what not and there are stuff that I don't even to make from scratch so no materials wasted everything that I need for a quick thing is here

Great but i wish was another shipping option for canada. The hat was bent and crooked in the package, now trying to straighten it.
This was my first time purchasing a cosplay and I probably had one too many questions that I would ask prior to purchase and each question was answered almost instantly and helped with the purchase.
The costume itself is amazing, the quality is exactly how I imagined it would be. I can't wait to use it!
