I paid extra to get the tailoring on my own specific measures, and yet some measures were all wrong. I have to tighten some parts that are way too large and and some other are too tight. The quality is way lower than expected, the gloves are ridiculous, not only the fabric is hilarious low quality, it's not even fabric indeed, I need to completely throw them away also because they're extremely huge, they wouldn't even fit a man large hand. I also need to completely re-do the socks and the belts need a touch-up, always because of wrong measures. I don't recommend paying more for the tailoring, since it's random anyway save up money, you'll need to modify it anyways so better buy a size close to yours and save the extra money. They didn't have the wig I bought, so they sent a similar one, customer service was polite, good and quick. Also the delivery was super fast (since it's super expensive though of course it had to be), I'm just overall disappointed in the quality, and especially the measurements.
It was a very slow ordering process
I bought a cosplay, and it shipped fast,shoes fell apart and i had sew some of the shirt.
But besides that, this site is very good in getting what you need :)

I love the fact you offer products that can't be found. I ordered at the end of February 22nd knowing it would take a month. I was getting it as a present for Easter on April 1st. Didn't come till 2 days after. My son loves it, but there are some places where the black design has been pieced together instead of a solid piece, and some minor cuts in the black as well. Over all I gave it a good rating. I would shop there again.
The button on the cuff were put on the wrong side.
Would buy from again.
The boots came in a different height than what I ordered, they were over 2 inches taller. The price, store and delivery were excellent, we just now have to alter the boots to the right height.
Excellent site, easy to find what I want and request any changes needed.
