This was my first time using ezcosplay.com and I am overall very impressed. My order was delivered much faster than I expected. Everything looked exactly how it did in the picture and the sizing was perfect. I will definitely be ordering from here again.
My headset from dva from overwatch the earpiece broke off. Loosely attached with hotglue so I used superglue to fix it. But overall everything came perfectly

The wig arrived on time. The material seemed pretty standard for a cosplay wig. It took a lot of hairspray, but I was able to get the wig to do what I wanted.
COMES UNSTYLED
Everything was good until the shipping costs came which were more than I was expecting even for a larger package, my main problem is that everything I ordered came out as the pictures showed but one piece of the costume was a bandana that went over your eyes and there was no way to tell that it would be faulty and unusable because the material is not see through, and we should know there's nothing worse about cosplaying than missing a piece

The color fades with certain glue but I think that's user error.
Being able to add custom measurements makes it worthwhile to pay a bit more. The fit was pretty solid, and the garment was of decent quality.

Overall easy experience. Having to order my shoes in centimeters was a trouble though. As such they were about half a size too small and hurt my feet for the duration of the event and a day or two afterwards. However, the costume came out great and was loved by many. Overall satisfied and would recommend. Only negative was that they waited almost a month to tell my friend their cosplay was back ordered and they never received it
You're the only site selling costumes that not only asked for actual measurements, but also pointed out how to find accurate measurements.
Everything was ok, but ther is always room for improvement
Very good quality of material and very short shipping and handling but the shipping cost is a little bit too high but overall services is top notch and fast responses when question asked
