Good customer service and responsive to emails. Most products were great, while others were a bit too loose or tight, though this is a given if you are not making your clothes yourself or by someone measuring you in person. Overall I had a good experience with this site. I had a great time cosplaying with their items.
The costumes are wonderful. They fit nicely and I'm impressed with the quality. I definitely found my go to cosplay shop!

After a few initial teething payment problems, items were shipped quickly. Fit on the purchases are good. It would be good if the lining of the items were mesh lined to make them cooler to wear, but overall they are good quality and met expectations.
Wigs came exactly as they look online and were great quality! I'm excited to see how they do at a convention!

The shoes were a bit too narrow for my feet because I tend run a lot. I suggest providing information for the foot circumference.
The cosplay fits perfectly once you give them the exact measurements.

Very quick and easy to navigate, the nice people working there responded quickly. The only I'd say is that my thing was a little on the short side, so for things like jackets you may want to extend the custom sizing by 2 inches or so.

Costume I order, ' Alex Caselnes ' from " LEGEND OF THE GALACTIC HEROES " Costume is Good, but belt is way too long 5-feet and 8-inches, my waist is only 42-inches!?, also DHL is problem every-time! If there is No one to sign for it, they always sent text that they will destroy the package!? Why! I never had problem with FedEx or USPS, they will try to deliver un-till package get to person! I always address to my friends Toy shop, because I work 7-days week to make money, So I can buy Costumes! For now I buy two Costume from EZCosplay, I try to buy more from them, They have good selection,
