I am a Male and got the SSS Lucky bag for $89.99. I was not at all satisfied with what I received when I got my package. I thought that since I had bought the highest tiered Lucky Bag, that I would at least get items worth $200 or more because of the "Up to Value of $399.99" in the description of the item. Instead I received an Itadori Costume worth $26 dollars on the website and an Ignihyde Idia Shroud Uniform worth $141, of which this character I have never heard of. I expected much more value than just the $167 worth of items I have received, nor was anything on my Wishlist chosen in the slightest. Before I bought the Lucky Bag I reached out via Email to ask how much the highest tiered Lucky Bag was worth versus the cheapest one and they would not give me an answer to this question. All they said is that it would be worth "significantly more". Overall extremely disappointed in my purchase and this website.

I have ordered from ezcosplay before and recieved fast delivery usually every time. This time was a little frustrating. I had ordered and set my wear date as required on their site and it was disregarded thid time. And my two cosplays didnt show up until the day of my convention. I had to drive 2 hours back to my house just to get them and drive back when i requested the wear date to be 2 weeks prior so i could make alterations if needed or test out the cosplay. The overall quality is always the best and I will continue to purchase from them. I suggest ordering you cosplays before August because it seems to slow down immensely after that time.

My suggestion for Ezcosplay is to get rid of the wear date calendar or actually follow it because it can really mess up someones convention or cosplans.

Another suggestion is for tiny accessories, this goes for any cosplay site, if there are bows or ribbons or anything small that is fabric, just sew it onto the cosplay. Playing ring around the rosey to figure out where all the pieces go on the cosplay is a little annoying haha

We have purchased a number of costumes from EZCosplay - all have been fantastic quality and relatively accurate depictions of the characters. Worth the price, and shipping times seem to have improved from the last time we ordered.

I appreciate their customer service, very helpful and they treated me very well. I ordered an anime wig like 2 days ago, I have great expectations for it.

Would recommend and great quality! I would definitely be buying again! As a plus size person myself, it is hard finding cosplay that fits. So this worked great!

Ordered cosplays back in early June- requesting they arrive by mid to late July to ensure they fit, if we needed to make adjustments, etc. Arrival date comes and goes without hearing anything or getting shipping information.
Message them in August and get a response on August 9th- saying our items are shipping out by end of that week. Two more weeks go by without another word or shipping information. I message them on a Sunday night/Monday early morning- and do not get a response until Tuesday saying they'd get us information. Wednesday goes by, no word. Message them again on Thursday and get the same copy and pasted response. I'm frustrated at this point, as we are less than a week from leaving to our convention with no cosplays that we paid for. When I asked for information or I would be requesting a refund- they offer us 15% back on our shipping (a little over $5 refund). I decline and say I'd rather have my missing cosplays- but I'm not paying for something that is going to arrive while we are out of state for a week at the convention- useless to us.
At this point- we are told if we cancel (this is thru their Facebook messenger services) that they are keeping 50%- as they had made the cosplays already.
I informed them I would get all my money back as their own websites FAQs states costumes take up to 30 days, shipping up to 16- and we are sitting at 76 days and they cannot answer a simple question as to if our cosplays are in transit, provide a number, etc.
If they do try keeping half our money, we will be disputing it with the bank.
The sad part is that this is our second time buying and the first time was great- save for never giving us shipping information and just finding a package on our door step one day.

I got the Shinobu demon slayer outfit, every piece was very good, the material was light breathable but not see-through and very comfortable. The wig did not have a picture, so I wasn't sure what to expect, the wig was not styled, but it did have a good amount of synthetic hair, that I was able to style.

Terrible quality, terrible site, terrible customer service.
If you value your time and/or money, then bring it elsewhere.

This product is not at all what was advertised when I ordered it. Wildly overpriced for this garbage service and product I received. What even is this. The size, color, shape, design, and even material is not at ALL as what was shown to me upon my purchase, this is cheap FOAM, not PVC plastic. And to add insult to injury, this bad product even came in damaged, with pieces falling off of it. This is downright terrible, and quite possibly the WORST product I have ever had the misfortune of purchasing. I've added photos of the product on the site just to show how much of a joke this entire experience was. And that's not even taking into account having to contact them 3-4 times just to even ensure this product arrived. Awful, just plain awful.

Ease of ordering, prompt response of the manager, notification when goods arrive, fair delivery time to the pickup point.

The anime wig is very good quality that is thick layers. So you don't see your hair underneath. They do analyze the style and part of the model (anime) to be as close as possible. The length of time is kind of longer than desired though.

Great! I wish i could put 4.5 stars cause the only issue I had was that I had to cut it a tad shorter

I bought a xiao cosplay and the pants were too small and the items were defected and came broken so when i asked for a refund all they gave me was money back and i could keep it. The shipping was great, it was fast and arrived the day it was sent.
