The jacket was a bit small but I can still wear it
I requested a custom order, with my only complaint being the time it took to communicate. It took several messages that I assume are to ensure my validity as a customer. It just ended up prolonging my inevitable order, and now I'm concerned I won't have my costume in time :( I'll still wear it, but maybe not as soon as I'd want to.

The products I ordered arrived much faster than I thought they would, so that's awesome! I should have known that the prices shown were not in Canadian dollars, but it was still less expensive than other cosplay websites. And if I ever order from ez cosplay again, I will know that my top half is considered a small and my bottom half is considered a medium. The pants of one of my outfits will not zip up all the way but I can alter it, and aside from that, the quality of the outfits is pretty great. I will definitely be recommending this site to my friends.
That I am the most impressed with was the calender feature where it tells you when and how long it will take to have a costume made and delivered. A very helpful tool.
Processing time took a little longer than I wanted it to.

Your shipping courier DHL is an absolute nightmare to deal with. My wig was two weeks late because they got my address and delivery dates wrong FOUR TIMES. I will not be ordering from you guys any further because of this.
It cane 1 week late but overall it was pretty good and worth it
Good variety and easy
I ordered my cosplay while it was on sale the price qas amazing. The shipping time was a little long but that was to be expected. I ordered a size medium which is what i ALWAYS order but it was actually a little baggy. But it was on sale so i cant really complain overrall!
The process was pretty easy and user friendly. The item arrived on time, in good condition, fitted well and was perfect for my cosplay. =)
It is fantastic. Feels great, looks like it does in the picture. Slightly big on me but nothing a small adjustment cant fix
