The button came off of the pants (they were a bit tight on me, but that's expected when a girl orders a guy's costume) so the sewing there wasn't great, but otherwise I was very satisfied with the look and quality. Though, as usual the wig didn't fit me great, but I think that's more of a me problem.
The fit of the costume was a bit too exact, or not exact enough even though i got the custom order. So there are still adjustments needed. I did appreciate the attention to detail on the costume. I do wish it came with instructions to put on and store. Everything else about the process was great and I would recommend this site for a quick and decently quality costume.
The product is great! The wig is super nice and the cosplay is very well made. I've worn it to a convention and it held up great! The shipping took longer than I expected but overall I had a great experience!
Almost a $100 shipping charge. Otherwise was pleased. May possibly shop again. Once the order was received, the outfit was made well, but the contacts I was sent were two different shades of blue. It was not enough to hinder our weekend, but it was very displeasing.

Items in catalog need photos, not drawings of cartoons. The shoes I ordered look nothing like what I wanted.

So I ordered from "sleazy"cosplay because their site look like it had a great selection and they cared about the customer. Well... that was not the case at all! I ordered a complete costume + wig and was happy about the costume and timely manner they shipped it considering it was tailored to my body specifications. They only problem was the wig it was completely wrong (color/length). So I proceed to email them about this mistake and got the worst customer service.
First I am told I was to style the wig myself (which I was aware)
Second I inform them it is the complete wrong wig and they can only off me 10% refund (which is a joke considering the wig was $45 usd = $4)
Third email I recite their return/refund to them (they offer full refund of the product price if unused and undamage, which it was) so they offer me 20% = a whopping $9
On the fourth email I ask them to exchange the wig for another that goes to a costume I was going to purchase later in year (mind you they new wig was half the price of the original I bought. The refuse and give me the 20th bull$#*! apology and tell me all they can do is a 20% refund. I wouldn't recommend purchasing anything you are unsure about because their policies are a scam and very untrustworthy. If I could I'd give them a 0 rating for ripping me off.
My overall experience was exciting
Has been great so far, but since I wear glasses the order text boxes could be a little larger.

It's okay the sewing comes off a bit and make sure to order your size or it will be too big
It was easy locating everything I needed. I unfortunately had to contact the seller to find out what happened to me order since it had not been delivered nor sent. Shortly after messaging them, they sent my order and had arrived just before the convention. I was very happy with the material, sadly the breast area was a bit too big. Other then that I had received a lot of compliments on my cosplay. Will definatly order again but a little earlier.
