Horrible experience. I ordered a costume for my son well in advance and I HAD TO FOLLOW UP WITH THEM A MONTH LATER just for them to get back to me 2 days before the date he needed it to say that they were unable to make it. Terrible service! They should've informed me before! They sure did take my payment out right away though.

Shopping was easy, and having the option to show your wear date for the costume was nice to have.

I was unable to view the reviews before my purchase and my dress arrived after the wear date. If the product is going to be late I would have liked to have been informed before.

I really loved the costumes received for both my husband and I. In the future I am likely to get custom sizing but overall the fit was very good. The quality was wonderful and the service was spot on. Thanks!

I appreciate that PayPal was an option. It made the checkout process much faster. Very nice costume, wig could have used some explanation!

Offering custom tailored costumes and such detailed pieces is a great service at a reasonable price. The costume came quickly and fit exactly as expected

It was okay. Though when putting the costume on, it was really baggy and had to get it tailored even though i'm a perfect size s women's.

Everything came bundled together, and the shipping was surprisingly fast. The materials are good but I wouldn't exactly say they look realistic, it definitely looks like a cosplay. The sizing chart helped a lot, and the size I got fit As expected. The wig was also really nice! I like the subtle curlyness and messiness to it. Would look here again in the future for another cosplay set.

Costume as expected although did need to get top resized by a tailor for a smaller fit.

Easy to use website. Costume fit well enough. Better quality than the stuff you get from mall Halloween stores. Delivery was over a week after expected and didn't have time to make adjustments.

The suit and belt are good. Shoes are a little tight and the hat does not fit. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase.

To early to say I would shop here again until I've received my first order.

It's my first time shopping on here and the products look like the best out there, can't wait for my order to deliver.
