For a first time customer I had an uneventful and pleasant shopping experience. My eyeglass order was made and delivered to me without delay. The quality of work on my prescription lenses and frame looks and seems very good. I am very picky and a perfectionist I looked very closely for the slightest imperfections in the lenses and frame and could not find any. I can recommend EZ Contacts as a very good and trustworthy optical/eyeglass store to do business with. Cheers and best wishes!

I was recently prescribed to wear contact lenses and bought my first pair at EZContacts. I am satisfied with the quality of it, everything came well-packed, but it took them 2 weeks to deliver my order, even though the lenses were in stock. If I knew the shipping would take so long I would order them somewhere else, or go to a physical store to make a purchase. Not sure if I will order again.
I like the frame. It is quite fashionable and the price is good, but it did take 3 weeks to receive.
If you are looking for a place with good customer service, this is NOT then place. They are open only about 50% of the week and close for EVERY Jewish holiday. I emailed them while they were on holiday and two weeks later I still hadn't heard back. On their website, the chat says they usually respond within a few hours, but this is not the case since they're closed after 5 and Fridays at noon and nothing on the weekend.
My order helped facilitate a company wide change. Prior to placing my order EZContacts made no mention of their company wide shuttering for half of October. Despite processing my order on the 5th with expidited shipping. The order was fulfilled almost 3 weeks later. Although the reason for shutdown was easily understood, and for which I have no qualm. For EZContacts not making any effort to warn customers of the pause in operations, absolutely negligent. During all this delay. The customer service was auto replyed and canned messages. Despite communicating that I wish to cancel my order... Upon resuming operations, my order was shipped. "Due to high call volume" calls to CS were not answered whatsoever. It was an absolutely abysmal customer experince. But the bright point of all this can be found. Call it a lesson in how to conduct business properly. I helped EZContacts realize, and avoid, future company wide operations shutdown woes. I know this because the last day or 2 of the shutdown... They took heed to my suggested ways to mitigate problems like mine. The website was updated with a large bulletin explaining the company's temporary work stoppage and communicated when business operations were to resume.
Keep away! It is a total scam they never answer phone or CS line. I placed an order on August until 10/24 when I cancelled, no respect. Was a horrible experience. The track system showed me same status for two month. Several emails never answered.
I ordered my contacts on October 7th with 5-7 business day delivery, they delivered on October 24th!
17 days later! Nobody pick up the phone, wrote them min. 10 messages, and emails, and nobody answered! Today called them again to ask for a refund and no one again answered, just the machine, please send us an email... a high call volume... DISASTER! I was pushed to order overnight contacts from a different company for $$$. NEVER EVER I will order from this company again!
Horrible experience. I have attempted to reach anyone at this business. I have called well over a hundred times over the course of 26 days, and the phone message on all extensions say no-one is available to take your call. I purchased $400 glasses, and there is no way to track or know when the order is expected to ship. No-one returns email inquires. This is a shady business and I am very afraid now that I was scammed. YOU have been warned.
Placed am order on October 6th... They are missing in action since then... Multiple messages/emails sent... No reply. Phone is always busy... Waisted almost a month with this scam vendor.
I placed an order September 24th after weeks of getting no response they had 4 holidays so we're unreachable then a vacation! Almost a whole month no order received and the refund still hasn't reached me I was told Thursday I would get one and they're so busy they can't answer a call so tell you to email they won't respond to that either I've sent 5
Ordering online is easy, pretty straightforward. That's why they get one star. Everything else that happened after that, would get ZERO stars.
If you have questions about your order, don't count on reaching any live person. You can only email, and that can take days. If you have time, then their customer service might work for you…
First time customer, and I had questions bc I didn't get any tracking info. They were closed with no voice mail message advising and learned from their email response.
The glasses I received appear to be the legitimate brand, but the product I received looked nothing like the photo.
I'm Returning the ones I bought, was hoping to exchange, but couldn't get direct help. Moreover, Even though there's a discrepancy with their advertised product and what I received, I have to pay for shipping g to return. That's unethical.
We're taking a trip to Mexico and leaving on 10/26 and ordered a pair of Tory Burch sunglasses for my wife on 10/20 for 2 day delivery paying an extra $20, even though I'm having these challenges with mine, the price was really good. Today is 10/23 and there is no tracking info bc my order hasn't been picked up by the carrier. I'm going to have to cancel.
Again, if your order goes smoothly, you will likely be pleased with the product and pricing, but IF it doesn't, good luck.
I have ordered from here a few times in the past without issue. I placed this order 10 days ago. The contacts were in stock. My order was paid in advance, yet has not shipped or shows it has even been packed. The real issue is the non existent customer service. I have tried emailing, no answer. Using the chat, no answer. When you call the number every option says they are busy and to call at a later time, every time. I have tried all hours, at least 10 times. This is inexcusable. Please don't patronize this business, there are too many competitors out there to get ghosted to save a buck. Never again.
The worse $#*!ing company to order contacts from. Their quick to take your money but slow to deliver your products. I was told back to back they had holidays approaching so my contacts were delay. Even after their "holiday" I still haven't receive my purchase and its going on to two months. Report to BBB! If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would because that; s what this company deserves.
Ive been waiting 2 months for my shades. I ordered them at the end of aug and still haven't received or and explanation. I emailed constantly for over a month. I emailed the entires October for them to only reply that they will be closed for 3 day for a holiday. I emailed again at the end of the holiday for them to then tell me they're on another holiday for a week. Now that that week is up I have yet to get an updated. I feel scammed and I'm truly not happy
I ordered a year supply of contacts and a pair of prescription eyeglasses. I got the contacts within two days which was great…but the eyeglasses…. I ordered Versace frames and not even an hour after I paid and submit my order, the company emails me and tells me they are out of stock. Okay whatever. 10-15 business days until they're back in stock. I wait 15 business days. And reach out asking if they're in stock. Customer service rep tells me it's going to be another 2-3 weeks. So I wait more, at this point it's ridiculous and I just want to cancel my order. So I send an email telling them to cancel the eyeglasses order and refund my payment method. I get an automated response about the company being on holiday for like a week. In the email they said it was for the "SUKKOS" Holiday. I look it up…SUKKOS isn't the holiday it's SUKKOT. With a t. Which was just weird. So I wait until 10/19 when they are back. My original cancellation email was not replied to. I sent another one. Nothing. Now I am calling my credit card company to get this charge of $200 off. Ridiculous.
Bought a pair of glasses form the website, it's been over a month and I haven't received one email or call regarding my order. When i call to find out what's going on they say there closed for two weeks for a holiday. Go elsewhere save your self the frustration.
Placed order 10/03/2022 it is now 10/14/2022 never received order and the funds have been deducted from my flex spending account in the amount of $305.09. Been calling since the order date to correct order but they have not answered any calls since 08/03/2022. Sent email and only received messages back saying, closed for Yom Kippur, then closed the following for something else. Now they're closed again until 10/19/2022. Can't speak to a human. Very frustrated. They are fraudulent.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
