I used EzContacts for their cheap prices, but I come to realize with EzContacts you get what you pay for. The glasses I picked said they would be ready in 3-5 days, which it took a month! The customer service is awful. They would not respond to my emails in regards to the status of my order, when my husband called in they lost my order number/had a different one than was in the email, and they said they would give me free next day shipping. This was also a lie, I got the standard 5-7 business day.
Do not purchase from this company. This company is unprofessional and probably a scam. They are also reported to the BBB.
I spoke with Daryl Grimes via live chat and I'm very satisfied with the outcome. Not only was he friendly and patient-- but he moved my order right along and it should now be on it's way to me! Great customer service and the prices are fantastic compared to other sites.
Daryl Grimes was able to address my issue and he was able to tell me when everything will be taken care of. I work in customer service myself and he gets an A+ from me.

Ordered July 24th not august 16th as stated above and took over a month to get to me. Every time I called to get an update on my order the people were helpful but each call I spent almost a half hour on hold because I was number 28 in line to talk to someone. You need estimated ship dates on your frames so I know if what I am ordering is going to take forever. My glasses got stolen and I needed these much sooner. Hoping the exchange doesn't take as long.
It took over six weeks to receive my order, when they were listed as available when I actually ordered them. Getting any information from the customer service was nearly impossible and I hardly knew what was going on with my order the whole time. When item arrived it was barely as pictured.

We had a good experience with EZ Contacts. The only con was we thought the glasses would arrive within a week with expedited shipping, but it took about two weeks (Not too bad). Our expedited shipping cost was refunded.
It was easy to order from this cite. We ordered the corrective lenses and they came out great. I would order from this cite again

Not enough website filters (EX: plastic vs. metal), I don't want to wade through 1000 pairs. No ETA email and got my glasses like 3 weeks after ordering, ugh. When I tried to return with online form, got no email. When I called, I got email, but you're unable to provide mailing label even though I was willing to pay for it (vs. Going to post office.) I ordered a replacement pair, love your selection, but your service needs improving.
Kylie Grams was very helpful and quick with the confirmation process. She made sure I was aware of when I should expect a shipment after 2 difficult weeks of waiting for the shipment.

Took a little longer, but once I reached out to a rep they let me know everything I needed to know right away!
I spoke with a rep who said glasses were ready and would ship out that day. Since current glasses were broken, he was going to 2-day ship and I would not be charged. Unfortunately, that didn't happen and it took almost 2 weeks for me to finally receive glasses. I am very happy with glasses, but customer service stinks!
I have purchased both frames and lenses from this company and highly recommend them. Because you are ordering online, the frames will need to be adjusted but that takes a quick trip to an optician's. I will be buying more soon!
I ordered these for my kindergartner over a month before he needed them for the start of school and the online order information never changed from processing. I had to contact the company and then I finally received shipping information. It was like the order was just sitting there. I wasn't confident that we would receive them and now we have them but they are not fitting well and I scheduled an opthemologist appointment to see if the prescription is correct. Makes me feel like I got what I paid for.

I ordered prescription glasses from EZ Contacts and got them last week. Wow! The pair that I ordered were much cheaper than any other place and I saved hundreds of dollars. The quality is excellent and the glasses are very stylish. I am very pleased and plan to get several more pairs. EZ Contacts, you rock!

Was trying to place my reorder on line using a discount code for returning customers. Since it would not work I had to contact customer service. Daryl Grimes advised me to place my order and then he manually gave me the discount. He provided excellent customer service.
It took several weeks to receive my glasses and I believe I only got them because I ended up calling. The hours are not super convenient for me but I was able to reach someone. With some difficulty and several minutes on hold I was able to find out that one of the two pair I ordered had not yet been sent from the warehouse and the other had been prepped for shipping. This information was not updated on the website until two days after I called. Now that I have received both pair I can say that I am happy and the prices were very competitive with other vendors.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
