This is my first time to wear contacts so I gave a try to this company. Yes, you have to wait for just a little while but price wise, they have the lowest in my entire search and I love my contacts. Will surely order more in the next couple of months.
Called the Sales department and I ordered a pair of Tom Ford Frames with progressive lenses. I ordered the Varilux Comfort with Crizal Sapphire and Transitions Extractive! I paid less than $300 for the lenses! My TOM FORD FT5381 frames only cost me $232.00! That's almost half the price. I only paid $506+ for something that would have cost me maybe close to a thousand dollars!
Yeah I had to wait for the frames to be ordered and lenses to be made but it was definitely worth it!
I can't wait to order my second pair! Definitely buying for the rest of my family!
I always look for items online that can be very useful for my trade. Turns out this site is such an amazing place for purchasing eye wears. Access to authentic products at a very reasonable price is rare to find nowadays. Other sites delivers fast but very poor in quality and prices are unreal, so I don't really mind waiting for my orders even if it takes time to arrive since I know that I saved a lot of bucks and I am getting an authentic product. The representatives are in point in dealing the issue. I Love EZ because the price is so affordable all you need to do is to wait. You are placing the order online. If you cant wait, then buy in the store. You need to understand that sometimes it is not EZ control if the item is backorder.
I collect Gucci sunglasses and I've been saving up for the GUCCI GG0148S! The Gucci site sells them for $1015 but EZContacts only sells them for $605.22!? That's almost HALF THE PRICE! Sure I had to wait a little bit but I spent $500 dollars less.
I ordered contact last December. Though there was a delay on it and which I understand their reason. One thing I appreciate the most is their prompt response and they even sent me an apology email about it. Not to mention that they also provided me a special code for it. Thank you so much! You guys never failed to disappoint me. Keep it up!
I have received my contact lens order in a timely manner and i received very good customer service experience talking to Customer service reps
Mark was awesome, courteous and professional. He found the order I had placed by phone and changed the email address associated with it. This was tricky because I do not have an online account and i imagine it was harder to find because It was only about an hour that I had placed it. So far my experience with ezcontacts.com has been exceptional!
I needed to make sure my order was processed today as my RX expires at Midnight. I got on their chat feature and Galvin Fein helped verify it was good and made sure the order was processed quickly. I am very happy with EZContacts and I will continue to order from them as I have for years.
This is my first time ordering from Ezcontacts and am very pleased with the experience overall. The customer service name Galvin Fein answer all my inquiry on time and with pleasure. Their glasses are very durable and are more my style than what I can usually find elsewhere. The Home Try On makes me feel confident in ordering and they are very helpful.

I've never experienced world class customer service in a span of 5 years but Clyde provided that to me. He helped me check the status of my order in a very fast and timely manner. He truly deserve a raise! Ezcontacts is AWESOME!
I have placed my order two weeks ago and was billed the same day. It's two weeks later and I still have not received shipping confirmation. I'm down to my last pair of contacts and have no idea when this order will get here. This is been anything but "EZ"

I got update November 7th.

But I didn't get any response.
I called customer service this morning.
Customer service told me frame is back order it takes 4 to 6 weeks.
I told customer service product gage said 2 to 3 days availability since early this month.
They didn't change product information.
They do not update their website.
I am really sick of this company.
I am going to cancel my order.
I wish they refund my money.
I ordered contacts over 2 weeks ago. There was no update on shipment for 15 days. I received an email after 2 weeks of waiting saying there was a delay and that I should have received my shipment information (I haven't). When I went to check on shipment through my account, it says that my contacts have yet to even be processed! I tried calling them (there are technical difficulties and therefore phone lines don't work). I also tried live chatting and email and there was no response. If you need contacts within a reasonable time limit, do not order from here.
I don't understand why there are so many bad reviews for ezcontacts. I've ordered several pairs of glasses from them and will continue to do so. Yes they take longer than other places but I pay a fraction of the cost so I don't mind the wait. I recently spent $700 on a pair of Vera Wang frames with Crizal Sapphire lenses from a local store. This weekend I ordered Ray Ban glasses with same exact Crizal Sapphire lenses from ezcontacts for $214. If I have to wait a few weeks while saving $500 in the process I'm ok with that. If you want next day service then spend triple the amount down the street from your house. If you want the same quality frames and lenses for a much lower cost then you have to wait a few weeks. On the rare occasions when I did have to contact them customer service was always very pleasant and helpful.
Took my money with no problem for two separate orders. I uploaded both prescriptions at the time of order. Over a week passed and the order still stated "prescription verification order processing". I called and like others was 81st in line so had to wait A LONG TIME and was told both of these common contact lenses were "out of stock" and they would contact their supplier and I would get an email in 48 hours. No email yet. Such a scam! I am contacting my state attorney general, BBB and demanding my money back after reading about all the others that are going through the same thing. Inventory management tells you if you have something in stock and if you should accept payment for an item you don't have! Update - After a month, several LONG phone calls and excuse after excuse along with broken promises, the status never changed. I was always speaking with their customer service located in the Phillapines. They are never accountable or follow through with their promises. They ALWAYS blame their supplier, not lack of inventory management, customer service skills, proper management, etc. it is laughable and sad at the same time. I cancelled both orders and it took another 3-5 days per order to get my money back. NOT ONCE DID THIS COMPANY APOLOGIZE FOR THEIR ACTIONS AND I WAS A REPEAT CUSTOMER. NEVER AGAIN! TIME TO SEND SOME LETTERS SO SOMEONE WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE!
Ordered my glasses a month ago, they send an email that it was sent. Checked the tracking number: it didn't even exist! Fake website, fake reviews, I will sue this company!
DO NOT order from this company. I placed an order before 2pm EST on a Thursday, and the website said the order would be processed the same day. They apparently did not process it until the following Monday. It would not be a huge deal except for the fact that I paid $35 for 1-day shipping. It is now 5 days later and I still have no package. I called customer service and waited in queue for awhile, as I was the 71st caller in line. When I finally reached someone, she continued to argue with me rather than refunding my money like any good company would have done. They need to correct the information on their website, which is false and misleading, and they need to work on customer service.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
