Had to wait additional time to receive my glasses as the inventory in the website was not updated. Sales contacted me to let me know after the fact that the color I chose was not readily available and if I wanted to stick to it I would have to wait for restock.
Other than that the whole experience was fine.

I purchased prescription sunglasses with progressive lenses. The cut on the lenses is very good and I am happy with that part of the order. The darkness of the tint was less than expected. Before attempting to return the lenses I am going to try an wear them in full sun, something we haven't had since I received my order (Michigan in March).
Provide better explanation for prescription numbers.

The message that the $12 NEXT BUSINESS DAY DELIVERY doesn't include processing the order should have appeared in RED prior to placing order, not after.
I sent in frames (rimless) for lens replacement. I never heard from them and after several tries, I was told the frames were broken and they tried to get me to buy new frames from them. The frames were in perfect condition when they were sent. This company claims they were broken. And claims they look over every frame before working on them. The frames came back with both temples removed and one lens out. This is despicable and they should be shut down. They lied to BBB and I can assure you that NOBODY would have sent in frames in the condition that they were returned to me in. I have a very small face and they destroyed a $250 pair of frames beyond belief!
I have had the lens replaced once before with another company online and they came back in perfect condition!
I reordered executive glasses & these are bifocals. Am trying them for a couple of weeks to see if they work. When doing books I need to read long lines of numbers & the executive allowed me to move my eyes to read all. At my age having to move my head a lot all day long gives me neck spasms-very miserable. The new correction is great.

Once regarded the deliver date. Another time regarding the receipt fo my prescription.
So far so good, we'll see how soon they arrive and if there are any problems...
There were no problems, and they arrived faster than I expected. They were 'replacement frames' for my originals, they were 50% cheaper and came with a hard case which I don't believe the originals did.
So all is good, thank you very much.

The quality of the frame did not reflect the price. The frames are extremely flimsy and I do not think they will hold up!

Overall, a decent experience. Reasonable prices, good selection. In the event that you have questions or difficulties, customer service is essentially non-responsive, however, which is a turn off.
Amazing that I can try 3 pair of glasses at home and get a full refund without restocking fees if I don't like them! A little unsure if i decide on a frame how I send them back to get my Rx put in them though! Wish there was prepaid postage sticker for returns!
Answer: If you have a significant correction like me their quality is poor! Go somewhere you can trust will have quality control and customer service to help if your lenses don't actually correct your vision.

Answer: Less than 2 weeks in my experience, which involved sending in my existing Ray Ban frame to have the new prescription lens installed.
