So easy! Found what I needed and it was quick!
My experience with eyeglasses.com was fine, I just want my glasses replaced or repaired.
Found the frames I've been looking for. Free shipping with coupon. Very pleased all around.
Nice selection of round glasses. Only type of glasses I wear. If these Dolomiti RC2/P glasses work out, I will be ordering a couple of more frames just to have. I will have a lifetime of frames.
Found the frames I wanted much cheaper. Very happy!
I have been buying from them since 2010 and never a problem.
I would buy from eyeglasses.com again. The trivex lenses are awesome! The frame l chose looked great on me but left something to be desired on how warped they were and having to straighten them out.
Easy to use site, dressing room is great to narrow down choices
Had to wait for out of stock frames. Had to pay extra for overnight delivery to get them quicker once the frames came in. Transition lense tinting is uneven in sunlight conditions. Not my usual excellent experiences with your services/products in the past.
Excellent
I saw on the invoice that you did not have my $75.00 discount on it.
Rose was very helpful.
In my initial order, one of the frames I ordered was discontinued. There was no indication of this on the invoice I received so I thought initially that there was a mistake. So maybe in the future there should be notes on the invoice to indicate discontinued frames.
Great UI/UX, easy to use, easy to order.
Everything seems fine though it is my first time to use progressive lenses and it is not easy but probably the lens are not the problem, it just takes time
Answer: If you have a significant correction like me their quality is poor! Go somewhere you can trust will have quality control and customer service to help if your lenses don't actually correct your vision.
Answer: They are legit; I've used them several times over the past decade.
Answer: Less than 2 weeks in my experience, which involved sending in my existing Ray Ban frame to have the new prescription lens installed.
