Very easy process. I have been shopping around for this particular frame and you had the lowest price. Plus your 30 off 250.00 really made a big difference compared to other online eye wear sources.
Sent a reply and copy of prescription to Stephanie in customer service after getting a message that lab needed a copy of prescription. Asked a question about if frames could be exchanged for a different pair. No response ever received. It would have been nice just to get a quick e-mail stating that no exchange could be done. Glasses got delayed in shipping process and did not arrive when expected.

I have been a customer for more than ten years. Always been satisfied! I would enjoy a quick turn around when your eye glasses break, and need new ones. I find that everytime I place an order, they seem to be not in stock, and have to come from the manufacture. That may cut down on the inventory cost, but it should be stated so the customer may make a choice on something that can be sent sooner if necessary

Only complaint whatsoever was on shipping, and that while item arrived to my country(Sweden), then it took about a week to finally deliver. Also update on parceltracker was very bad (after entering sweden)

After an initial lack of communication where two of three eyeglasses arrived and I was waiting for the third pair, Eyeglasses.com has certainly redeemed themselves with constant communication and now deserves five of five stars.
I could not be happier with my new glasses. I've bought many pairs of glasses over the years but always from a storefront. These were my first on-line pair. I'll never go back and it would take a lot to get me to switch to another supplier. Eyeglasses.com offered more options than any other site with significant overall services. Not only were my glasses perfect, I didn't realize I'd be getting a set of spare lenses and tools to put them in. My only advice is that you get a competent assistant to help you with the required measurements. Read and make sure you understand exactly what to measure and how. It's not difficult but you need to be meticulous.
No problems and best frames I have ever had
So far, so good. Glasses are a match for what I purchased about four years ago and I really like the frames. It was impossible to find the frames locally because of all the "new" frames hitting the market.

Answer: If you have a significant correction like me their quality is poor! Go somewhere you can trust will have quality control and customer service to help if your lenses don't actually correct your vision.

Answer: Less than 2 weeks in my experience, which involved sending in my existing Ray Ban frame to have the new prescription lens installed.
