Easy peavy and just one hiccup where the postal charges were applied even though it said free delivery but with single phone call it was changed.

You have a nice selection to choose from, although I returned the pair I ordered. I did not like that they were made in China.
I placed another order and hopefully they will work. They are made in Italy and that is acceptable for me.

Great website. Easy to follow with all the information needed to order eyeglass frames and lenses over the internet. I have ordered frames from eyeglasses.com in the past and was very pleased with my purchase. I received my frames and lenses in a timely manner. I love my new glasses and I will use eyeglasses.com in the future.

Got new lenses for them but the plastic frames seem fragile.

I found exactly what I wanted and the ordering process was very easy. I was able to get $15 off using a coupon code, making these glasses even more affordable than I thought. Love my glasses but was kinda bummed when I found a similar pair at Costco for a cheaper price.

Website had a few hick-ups with Try On, but the site was easy to use with valuable information. We'll see how the glasses are when they arrive.

I actually returned the frames today. I had originally ordered 3 different styles from your website however 2 were discontinued by the manufacturer. The third didn't fit my face as I would have liked.

It would be good to get more feedback once the order is placed, like expected delivery date and where the order is in the process. You click the submit button and then don't hear anything until the order is shipped.

I had a few issues with the checkout page - it seems as if fields weren't activating.

Paying for 1-day shipping means expecting 1-day shipping not some convoluted algorithm of permutations which produces a random delivery date.
