I tried on several pairs of glasses at optometrist office, and generally knew what frame I wanted before coming to Eyeconic site. Only missing information was PD, be sure to request that before leaving Dr's office. There are apps to get if you forget. The site should maybe incorporate that for customers.
I sent a prescription with the physician name, signature, clinic name, location, contact phone and fax number, and the date of the prescription. The company is Visionworks (printed in the top left of the prescription) a very common vision chain. By deductive reasoning the expiration is one year from the electronically physician signed, dated, and timestamped prescription. This is how Visionworks sends out their prescriptions. Due to this incompetent misread by Eyeconic, my prior order was cancelled. I am going on a trip soon and now have to pay for expedited shipping. I hope that Eyeconic can rectify this and give me a discount.
