I was disappointed to get my glasses and have the wrong prescription in them. The pupillary distance was incorrect. Evidently what I needed was not available in the frames I ordered. I wish this just simply could not happen via website design, but somehow I got it done, but pretty sure I did not change the numbers. I asked for a return, and that has been handled well, but I have not selected my replacement set yet

Fairly quick turnaround time. Good selection as well good discount codes if you are a regular or at least yearly customer.
All was good. MY only issue is the emails that flow after order. Do not mind occasional ones, but daily ones, are a PITA. (pain in the...). Maybe limit to 1 a week.
Overall fine as usual. I have noticed that your frame sizing feels a little skewed and I know glasses already fit weird on bigger headed people but I think bigger headed models are a must lol

I watch for the "sales" and order a few pair at one time so I always have a pair and I can put a pair in different rooms of the house, keep a pair at work, keep a pair in the car, etc. I love eyebuydirect and will continue to use them for my prescription eyewear!
Frames are really nice and light. Way lighter than the glasses i just got from svs vision. Price wise, i wish it as a little cheaper but considering everything i got on my lenses it was a steal.

This is my fourth pair of glasses in the Jade frame. I knew how the lenses were supposed to be and they didn't seem quite right on my first new pair. So, I was given a replacement pair and the lenses are perfect, just as I expected. There was no long grueling process of obtaining a replacement pair. I appreciated how helpful and supportive the customer service person was.
I have been ordering through Eyebuydirect for a few years now. They are super convenient and cheaper than buying glasses at the eye doctor. There are always new and stylish glasses coming out, but still have the simple basics that I've order multiple times whenever I get a change in prescription. They're great!

Answer: Or you can be like me and have not received your order after more than a month of waiting. Granted, I'm in Guam, but given that the USPS works here pretty much the same way it works in the states, no other retailer has any problem getting their packages to me in a timely manner. The company has sent me two different tracking numbers for the same package. The tracking report from the post office says the package was supposed to be here 12 days ago and the last time it appears the package was scanned was 24 days ago. I have emailed the company multiple times and every time they reply with some generic apology and continue to stall. The package clearly got lost in the mail, I get that and I am typically a reasonable person but any respectable merchant intent on providing good customer service in today's online marketplace would have owned up to the issue and offered a refund or have already shipped out a replacement product. They've done neither. Does it mean they are bad people running a bad business? Probably not. However, it does mean there are probably better companies out there to give your business to who won't take so long to get you your glasses.
Answer: It depends on the frame. Some are plastic, some are metal, and there are other materials used as well. The descriptions will indicate the materials they are made out of. I've ordered 3 pairs from EBD ($6 and $9 pairs--cheapest there are) and they are excellent quality. An equivalent pair of frames alone from the store would have cost $150+, not including lenses.
Answer: I received two pairs very quickly but was very disappointed when i put them on only to find out the prescription was completely wrong. There are no refund or exchange directions in your website or with the packaging, so I did not know the number to call. Please get in touch with me asap about exchanging the glasses for ones with the correct lenses. Thank you very much.
