Fast service, affordable, more so than competitors I considered. If I made the frame choice in person, it will likely be a bit different but its still good as a back up pair.

After the order adjustment, the glasses were delivered on a timely manner. However, originally the order status said someone reached out to me, I've never heard from anyone nor got an email. This was very confusing.

I'm a 75 yr old lady who was extremely hesitant of getting my eye prescription online. I have to explain that I have a very complex prescription. I first started out with only my single vision glasses. All went perfectly! They were even very helpful when i didn't like the frame and more than willing to replace it. So i got really brave and tried them for my progressive glasses, which also went extremely well, much to my amazement!

Got the product fast and all seemed good. Until today when pushing them back on my nose I hear a click and upond investigation found not ear "pads " on the frame are loose and move an 1/8". Will be investigating how to address with the company.

The website was easy to use. I loved being able to try the frame on my face live not all online glasses providers have that kind of functionality. Some require you to upload a picture which is super annoying. Also found the frames came within a reasonable amount of time and found the quality excellent for the price.

I was a little sceptical about buying glasses online. Couple of weeks later I was ashamed that I haven't used this service sooner. Shopping for glasses hasn't been easier. Receiving my prescription eyeglasses was prompt. Although, they are not as good as my original glasses that I paid more for. Are you willing to redo the prescription with a bigger lens?

These glasses are very close to what I require. However the arms are a trifle long and I hope to have them readjusted but don't exactly know how to do so. I ordered blue hue when the sun changes but they are grey.

First time ordering glasses on line. Staff were very patient with me while it took 3 trys to supply all the correct information. Very pleased with glasses and would not hesitate to order again.

When I call they are always very helpful and resolve the issue or answer my questions promptly. On my last order, my sunglasses were too small. I tried them on Virtually and looked at the reviews and the pictures of others wearing them and they didn't look small at all. So I don't know what happened, but when I called about it, they were VERY helpful in replacing them right away. My only comment is about Purolator only. The Purolator delivery person didn't even bother to come into our Condo building to deliver the box of 3 pair of glasses. They left them in the entrance way, where we were warned by our Condo Management to be careful that packages that might be left there, because they were getting stolen. Thankfully a neighbor found the box before anyone could steal it and brought it up to us. So, I was only disappointed in Purolator.

This was a new prescription for my progressive lenses and they had changed quite a bit, so I was concerned. They are perfect. Great color lenses and they fit well. Also great customer service. I tell all my friends and family to purchase their glasses from eyebuydirect.

I loved my new glasses, the prescription was perfectly handled. Unfortunately I discovered I had a personal issue with the model I had chosen. I approached the service department. They offered me new eyeglasses which I received today. You can't go wrong with this company for the workmanship, for their trustworthiness and for a fantastic service. I even got $14.00 refund since the new frame were slightly less expensive. I am thrilled with my experience. I definetely will buy from eyebuydirect in the future.

Once receiving the prescription it was easy to enter the information and get exactly what I needed. My first experience ordering glasses online, and the experience was seamless. They fit just as it showed they would and the progressive lenses were perfect.

I had ordered online for two pieces of glasses. Both of them arrived in time with good condition. I am using them now - perfect size and nice outlook. I am pleased.

I selected order by prescription because prescription is fairly heavy. I then selected several frames and lens and gradually eliminated glasses I did not want. The order was accepted and a little over a week later I had my glasses with no issues.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. I have purchased sunglasses and progressive glasses. My husband purchased new progressive glasses after I bought mine. He is very happy with his glasses as well.

I like the timing and delivery. The lens is a progressive lens. The quality is not the best. I have other glasses purchased through this company and am not 100 percent happy with the progressive lens either. I thought this time it might be better but this will probably be the last pair I buy through this company.

My eyebuy direct purchase was ok. It was easy to order and delivery was pretty quick, however the glasses are loose and the transition part is not as dark as I would like it to be.

I ordered 2 pairs and I will say that the site was very user friendly. This is my first time purchasing eyeware online so I was only half expecting to be satisfied. I was not surprised. The one pair fits nicely but the second pair I cannot wear at all. The first pair is comfortable but the second pair does not sit nicely on the bridge of my nose and is quite uncomfortable. The prescription is fairly accurate with the first pair but because of the fit on the second pair the dual prescription does not sit right with my eyes. I may think of trying again but not sure at this point.

I received my eye glasses thanks a lot but there is no Microfiber cleaning cloth to clean my eyes glasses when I need to do that this only your company not send one with glasses I will not buy from you in future

Was quoted $221 at 1st time but they needed to upgrade the lenses which then upped the price to $344,, A little pricey I thought for mail order but OK,, Glasses arrived and are great,, Checked CC statement and found I was charged both $221 and $344,, Was told the $344 was just for a lens upgrade so over$550 for the pair.

No matter the issue they are polite never make you feel like you lying by asking loads of questions, you just explain and they resolve the problem.
