Shop around and compare before placing your order. Extreme Tactical Dynamis is a slick marketing website that cannot uphold its promises. Their banner of "No Flickers. No Failures." is FALSE. My BlazeCore40 stopped functioning within 12 months j(they claim a 5 -year warranty). Filing a claim is a terrible experience. It has been 3 months and the unit has not been replaced.

Do not ever buy anything from these people period! Customer service does not exist. They might have just messed with the wrong customer in the wrong State. Checking into wire fraud charges!

I ordered 11/14 its been two months no light delivery and no refund, they bill you right away even if they dont have the parts in stock! They make you jump through hoops to process a refund and still wont see a refund months later. Previous order took over a month to get, their website is trash and sales items they dont even have! Their customer service skills are horrible and trying to get someone on the phone is impossible unless its a new order. YOUVE been warned! Order# *******

I ordered a set of LED Grill Lights in April from ETD. After about 3 weeks with no communication or parts from them, they called and said those parts were not in stock. Their website did not say they were out of stock when I placed the order. The customer service person said they could send me another type LED, but they were too big to fit in my grill, so I said no thanks, just refund my money please. She said they would credit it back to my card. So 3 or 4 weeks went by and no credit. I called them asking when I could expect the refund and the woman got snotty and said I had to fill out a form and FAX it in to their "Credit Department". She said she couldn't help me. So I completed the form and FAXed it in. Crickets. Another call to customer service, more rudeness from their rep. I sent another credit request form in. No response at all. After about 3 months of no contact, I filed a dispute with my bank card company. They notified ETD and gave them 3 weeks to respond to my complaint and they did not. So finally, after about 6 months since my order, the bank credited my account. I believe this place is a big scam judging by all the negative reviews. I don[t know if their products are good quality or not, because I never received them. I will say it takes a special kind of scum to run a business that rips off First Responders such as Volunteer Firefighters like myself. We use our own personal funds to equip our vehicles to respond to emergencies. This scam company is based in Jupiter, FL according to their records and I have already filed a complaint with the FL Attorney General and provided them documentation. We'll see what happens. Buy from this company at your own risk.

11/29/23: Light Bar Purchase from Extreme Tactical Dynamics for $404.96 via Credit Card.

1/8/24: Told to expect the item to become available in 1-2 weeks.

2/6/24: Messaged to check on status; a day later my message was replied to that it had been forwarded to a manager. I was never contacted by a manager to date.

2/12/24: Messaged ETD regarding my unanswered message from the previous week and told them I wanted to cancel the order and have a full refund and a credit memo to show this has happened.

2/28/24: Again messaged them regarding cancellation and full refund and asked who I need to speak to in order to get an answer. Received a message back saying that I need to speak to the accounting department. They gave me the wrong email for the department but I managed to get one to go through. Received an automated message back from them stating all stipulations. Called and tried looking for accounting department… apparently the accounting dept doesn't have a phone so was told by customer service to just keep blowing up their email. This is their resolution to the problem! Either way, orders returned/credited 30 days after the purchase date are only allowed "in store credit", which obviously I have no need for as orders don't get filled or shipped.

This is been 3 months to the day!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I placed an order and decided to cancel my order shortly after I placed it with plenty of this for this to honor my cancellation before they sent it. Not only did they not honor my cancellation, they still sent some items and only HALF of my entire order. Now they refuse to respond to any emails to give me a refund or send me the rest of my order. I will be contacting an attorney and pressing charges!

Ordered a small LED Light Bar from this company and had not received it in over a month. Upon contacting Customer Service via email I received replies which were generic and informing me of their no cancellation policy. I finally reached customer service and was surprised by the confrontational attitude and lack of concern. I was informed to "wait and see" and their policy would not allow any returns for any reason. We cancelled through our credit card company. My company is a large manufacturing company in SC and deal with hundreds of vendors. This is absolutely the worst purchasing experience we have incurred. AVOID at all cost.

Extreme Tactical Dynamics was contacted to purchase 4 LED strobe lights via their web
Site. It took several mailings to get the order squared away and too much effort. Lights
Where not available or in stock, this is understandable. Once the new order and credits
Was generated after selecting what was available and confirmed with them the package
Was received. Problem is 2 out of 4 lights are not correct. Attempts to get a shipping
Label to return items create more work and frustration than I'm willing to move forward
With. They sent the wrong items, send a return slip and send what was ordered. Should
Be a simple process. The form they send out for exchange involves picture uploading,
Time frames, return fees, shipping cost, several signatures of acknowledgments its more work than I'm willing to move forward with. No one answers a phone and mailings will go unanswered. I'll get lights from another vendor and not return to ETD for future needs.

Ordered from this place. Wrong lights were shipped. I tried contacting these people but could not get a response. Then went back and read the Google reviews and realized this place is a scam. Go read them first and do yourself a favor. Buyer beware. This place will steal your money too. Cannot believe they are still in business.

I ordered some lights plain hideaway lights, and they never came. Shows they are still in process and its been over a month. I am going to the better business bureau with this complaint and going to find out what county they are in. I see several complaints, it's time to take these Butt heads to court. I am starting a list of complaints and contacting the right authorities with this. They have ripped off several people, this is not right.

The original order was for Orion for lights they sent Orion sixes which did not work.
Only half the light would light up. When I called and have those replaced they sent Orion 12 they have lasted about 5 months.
Then I tried to get the warrantied which they have a 5-year warranty. Unless you have lights installed by a certified lighting installer they will not warranty their products. I'm not sure who all has that done that way but it's not rocket science installing their lights.
To top it off their customer service is nothing but smart $#*! people that are unwilling to help anyone with defective products.
Stay away from these lights they're garbage along with the company as well.

Purchased light bar.quality sucked.moisture leak and lens fell out within months of install.A 2nd bar purchased prior to this issue with this unit and delivery delayed on back order...requested refund and they denied and gave me store credit...customer service sucked and they don't even get back to you to discuss the issue...Never do business with these $#*!s...had to have my credit card company chase them and credit my account in the end...

Don't know how they get away with taking money and never delivering product. Its been three months since ordering $480 worth of products, never returned phone calls after multiple voicemails as well as not responding to emails

I placed Order over a month ago ands my order is in stock i called to see what problem was but nothing they said it was shipping department well here we are 5 weeks later order has still not shipped DO NOT BUY THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER SHIP BAD COMPANY

I purchased 2 grill lights for this company some time ago. To date they have not arrived after being promised them 2 weeks ago. I jumped through the hoops to cancel the order but have heard nothing. When I called for an order status I spoke to the rudest women who basicly said f off. Never again. It looks like I'm out $80. Now off the the BBB.

This is the second time that I purchased from Extreme Tactical Dynamics. The first time I ordered I needed technical help on the product and never heard back after multiple emails and phone calls. This time around I placed an order on July 5 for a light bar. I send customer service an email on Monday July, 11th asking when my order would ship as it had been 5 business days since I placed the order. My first order shipped the next day. I got a response back saying my item was in stock and that it would be shipping soon but they were backlogged from the holiday weekend, which doesn't really make sense since they were only off for one day on July 4th. On July 14th I still had not received shipping information so I send another email saying that if my item didn't ship by July 14th to please cancel the order. I got a snarky email back, where someone just pasted their return policy into the email. I formally requested a refund per their policy. This company says "they serve those that serve us", they have horrible customer service and wait times. These products are not luxury items, they are items that first responders use to respond to emergency calls. I ordered two other items from two other similar companies two days after I placed my original order, and those items arrived in less than 3 days. I would stay away from this company.

Ordered light bar in Nov. It's now January and no communication. Took 2 months just to find out that what I order was out of stock and the only send a different bar and They won't give a refund only site credit! It's going on 3 months and still nothing. We agreed to have the substitute, yea it's a bigger bar but since we sent a email saying we will take it, we haven't heard anything from them! 4 emails and 6 phone calls since December and still nothing! I'm not happy at all with them. They used to be great I bought a nice bar foe the years ago but now I don't have a clue what happened. They used to answer calls but takes months just to get a answer. If I have to sue to get my refund I will!

Placed order on 12/1/2020. As of 1/15/2021 order still not received. They stated shipping delays but never communicated again after 12/15/2020. Will not be buying from them again.
