They will take your money and not ship a thing, dont even try to contact them,, they NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE, its been 4 months since i placed an order,

I placed an order for almost $400 in April 2020. By July I still didn't get it or get any email communications from them other than the generic " we received your email" bull****. Called, left messages and nothing. Cancelled my order and want tend a refund. They gave me store credit. I used that credit towards different lights in July 2020. Still nothing. Got the Better Business Bureau involved and ETD said they would mail me a check. That was Dec 01. Still nothing. I think its time for a class action lawsuit.

I purchased a visor light, 4 hideaway strobes, 2 grill lights and a switch box on Saturday July 11. ETD processed my credit card on Monday July 13. On July 23 I reached out to find out when my products would arrive. The things I bought for this Build from Gall's and Xprite arrived within a few days. I got a template email about production delays form the factory, COvid blah blah blah. 10-14 days they said They could have told me that it was out of stock, but CHOSE not to. Now its Aug 10, I called the number and extension they gave me. Voice mail and based on the content of the message, they don't answer the phone, they just want you to leave a message. Clearly this was a mistake to order from them.

The lights from this company are cheap, but you get what you pay for. The aren't very bright at all and when you attempt to do a return and refund they will give you the runaround. Also when you try to cancel an order they give you the run around. This company has cheat me out of $196.00 on lights that I attempted to cancel, but they have not refunded the money to my bank account. If you want a good company with good lights the do not do business with this company. I order lights from strobesnmore.com and they are a lot better to deal with with better lights at great prices. Again do not waste your time with EXTREME TACTICAL DYNAMICS they will cheat you out of money and their lights suck, spend a few more dollars at a different company to get a better product and not get cheated.

Zero is not an option. I ordered what appeared to be an in stock Item in March. After a few weeks of nothing I inquired and told like others on here that they needed to wait for my build. But yet I ordered a standard config. Makes me ask the Hmm question. After 3 weeks of stories from the help email I requested my order to be cancelled. I got the confirmation for the request to be completed in 7 days. Funny that as soon as I did cancel request they said that my order was waiting fulfillment. I inquire again and assured my order is cancelled but just passing in system. But yet another week no money no change in status. And now they wont even respond to me. Phone is never answered always a run around. So I guess I am out the money I spent because clearly we are being ripped off.

Update.
So since the review they commented privately that they saw my review which they disputed with Trustpilot. They then said my funds were released. Released to who I have no Idea. Not my account. Oh and same old story they don't respond. Filed a complaint with bank and they haven't responded to the bank either. They did answer one time to me that they released the funds and my bank was going to hold for 90 days. News flash the bank does not even see a transfer of funds.

I have now filled a complaint with BBB which everyone should do, Lets flood the market and take these crooks down. I also filed a complaint with the Attorney General with the State of Florida. Which everyone should do also. The more we speak about this guy the better chance of them being closed down. I absolutely refuse to give these people that chance to continue to scam the first responders that they will need some day.

I received a call today from ETD, The person was very nice and a helpful. She gave me a lot of needed information for my dispute and if all goes well it looks like I should be getting my refund. Will update if anything else should change

I own a first responder installation company. I had made a large order
It took forever and when things arrived some items were wrong or not there at all. I attempted to contact them (Trudi). I kept recieving numerous excuses and then they started dogging my emails and phone calls all together until I called from another phone number. She (Trudi) said for me to send the wrong items back which we did. They received the returned items but we NEVER received our ordered items. I think their a very SMALL business possibly work8ng out of their home garage or that's the impression that I get. BEWARE, Shop elsewhere before ordering from this company. Never had to post a review such as this but buyer beware. If, I could I wouldn't even add one star for this place

Horrible company I order lights for a F. D new response vehicle couple weeks pass no items received no shipping information call customer service no response emailed several times got a response and was told a ship date. Still hasn't arrive on time now four weeks has pass still no items and still our new truck is not in full service. I am cancel order and ordering from led equipped they ship Quick and good Quality products I've dealt with them before good company to order from I have ordered from extreme tactics before no customer service and it was a long wait on items so I gave them a Another try and this is my last.

Horrible scam. Do not trust anything nor order anything from these losers; they will keep your money and never send you a thing other than generic emails and condescending replies. Worthless.

There's enough ratings to assure you the company is a scam. But chech it out for yourself. Call the main ETD phone number and attempt any other extension other than sales. You will never talk to a person, you get to listen to a recording about how they are upgrading the phone system (2years) and finally you will never receive a call back. Then you decide if you want to do business with this company.
