ExpressPassport worked exactly as advertised. Customer Service was thorough and friendly.

I highly recommend this service if you are in need of rapid turn around of a passport. They helped me all along the process and delivered exactly what they said they would, when they said they would do it. Now if the rest of the world operated like that!

I made a couple of omissions on my application. I was contacted immediately to make the corrections, and the process sailed through without difficulty.

I paid for this service for my mother-in-law and aunt so I am reviewing for them. Renewal expediting is actually really easy. I don't know how they got it so fast but we sent our documents on a Thursday and had both passports in the same package by Wednesday of the next week.

No issues. Service was as expected.

The process to get a passport is already confusing enough but when you need it super fast like I did, you really don't know what to do. And there is no room for error. Fortunately this expeditor service is available. Express Passport has the best reputation for a reason. Professionals and trustworthy. Good service!
