The price was the main reason we chose Express Passport because we needed to get passports for 3 adults and 4 kids. We called around to nearly every company and Express answered their phone right away. They were also the most helpful and fair on pricing. Antonio helped me out and Jessica and Sandra helped out my in-laws. The staff was patient and thorough. Thank you to your company for everything.

I wanted to use a local company but I was unable to find one nearby so I went with this one online. I was nervous at first to send my info to them but they had good reviews. I'm glad I trusted them. Both reps I spoke to were very helpful. This was my first time using a professional passport company. I highly recommend them and will use them again for my renewal in 10 years.
