I ordered individual trophies for my girls' basketball team and paid for them when i realized that there was another item that i wanted to include and the administrators went out of their way to provide me an opportunity to include the second order with the first to help me with shipping costs and quickly processed and shipped the two orders together. Great customer service! FedEx had an exception with my order so my order came late (due to weather they said although there wasn't any inclement weather at that time but whatever) but that was out of the control of the shippers. I will definitely be getting more product from them. The engraving was perfectly as i requested and very professional. Thanks ExpressMedals!
Easy to work with website, awesome prices
I didn't like being forced to order on-line when I am ordering the same thing as the last several years and I even emailed last years order. I just hope you put the right insert in the medals.
Some of the ribbons for the medals came without clips, this has happened before, I recommend always throwing in a few extras for each color.

I've used expressed medals twice now and both times have been pleased with the accuracy of the order and the time they get the order shipped out. This year I was in a super big time crunch and I was happy that when I called in, they were more than assuring they could get the order shipped in time. And they did. I've been pleased with working with express medals and plan to use them in the future again.

It is very easy to work through their website and to complete the order. I have been using them for the past several years. We had a small mishap this time and delivery did not make it in time for our event. If the weather is questionable I suggest you order at least 2 weeks in advance.
