The picture of the award didn't reflect the selection, color didn't change to silver or base color to white so I wasn't sure if I had it correct. The addition of the text for each metal was very cumbersome. The layout of the screen was too large, I needed to scroll down just to hit "add to cart". No way to Edit an existing item in the cart. No way to go from cart right back to the medal that I last ordered. Overall, good selection.

Trophies emblem was not the same as pictured for order.
I was disappointed only that the packaging makes you have to turn the cup back into its position. The packaging should be were the cup is in place when you take it out but other than that, very pleased.

Your site kept asking for a shipping method & receive by date at least 15 times. I finally used a different card & it still asked for info that I typed in. Finally I entered the method & date & my order was accepted after maybe 20 times. Something is really wrong with your checkout process.
The process of ordering & shipping need to be a tad more clear. However, once the order was placed, shipment was extremely fast. The medals are very professional and classy to hand out to our students.
