The medal and price were just right. Shipping was a bit high though.
I ordered medals for my daughter's Little Dribblers Basketball team. You couldn't have asked for better quality on the medals. The medal itself had great detail and the engraving on the back was perfect. The ribbon was blue/yellow which matched our school's colors perfectly. The ordering process was simple and I received them in less than a week. If I ever need to order any medals/trophies, I will use Expressmedals again without hesitation.
By far the best online source for awards, wonderfully priced and the engraving was exactly what we hoped, each award needed to be engraved differently with ranks and titles and they came out amazing.
I am very satisfied with the product that I purchased for the local Pack's Pinewood Derby and the delivery time was very acceptable. A good quality product for a good price. Thank You.
Great products and great turnaround time. When I received a call right away regarding the time that I needed the items I let you know about only needing some medals right away. The other medals and trophies could be delayed. When you said you could send the medals needed first and the other items later I asked specifically if there would be an additional charge. You said 'No'. Later the following week you called to say you wanted money for the additional items being shipped. Although I reminded you about the response to my previous question you said you didn't recall that, but that your manager wanted you to charge me for the shipping. You agreed to charge the medals only price, but I feel like I was taken for a ride on the shipping charge.
Need to FIX the paypal issue.
