I have used Express Medals on 2 other occasions and never had any issues. The site was easy to understand and order from, also customer service calling in about custom medals was easy and informative.

I had a very good experience and was very excited that my items arrived very quickly. I did not like how that you are supposed to submit your engraving request via email after you place your order - I guess I was afraid it wouldn't be on there or messed up, but everything came out as it was supposed to. When looking at other sites, Express Medals was more inexpensive and shipping price was so reasonable. I will come here again if I need anything like this again.
