I have used the services of Expressmedals many times over the years. I can't say enough about the great customer service this company has. They are prompt in answering my emails. They are courteous and friendly over the phone. When I place an order, it is generally ready to be shipped in a matter of a couple of hours. I always receive my order in a very timely manner. The medals are good quality. I am always impressed by how prompt and efficient they are in fulfilling my orders. I love this company.
The new engraving method was a bit hard to follow...
Express medal says that you can have 3 lines engraved. When I input the order I put something in each line. When I reviewed the order I could only see 2 lines I assumed this was because it was cutting off the 3rd line. When I received the product it was only engraved with 2 lines. I contacted customer service and they said that there were only 2 lines engraved. Yet my husband and I checked each medal. They wouldn't even believe that there website had issues. I would never use this company again. How do I know how their website works! The only thing they would to do help me out was have me pay half. This was already a gift that our coaches were paying for out of their own pockets!
