The only issue I had was at check out they gave me the option to engrave the metals but there was no pricing information. After I was contacted by customer service I decided not to choose engraving but that was not real clear in the ordering process other than that I'm very pleased

6/11/15 update: The wrong model of pins came in on Tuesday, with only two days to fix the problem. Steve personally called me on Tuesday night to let me know that he was on the problem and would do whatever he could to get the pins I ordered to me. Today is Thursday, and the correct pins arrived this morning! They didn't quite get here in time for our ceremony, but to be fair, our ceremony was at 7:15 am, and our office doesn't open until 7am. The pins are here now, and the students are still on campus, so I will have the opportunity to go to classrooms to deliver them. Better late than never! Thank you for correcting the mistake and trying so hard to make it right for my students! - Julie
