It has been clear and easy to select and order our medals. I chatted with a cust. Serv. Rep. And I got the information that I needed to confirm that I would get my medals on time.

Medals came a day before expected. They were not padded or marked as fragile, but all were in good condition. The engraved text looks very good and the girls, as well as their parents, loved them!

Needed medals last minute. They were here on time! Everyone loved them.

Expected metals to be bigger. I guess that was good for the price. One order came a day late and had to contact customer service to clear up a ribbon error that was cleared up. May order again. Thank you

My only issue was in working with the engraving. I wanted to eliminate it from the order and I had to delete the entire order and start over.

The website is so easy to use and they offer a wide array of medals. I found just what I was looking for!

Loved it

Overall I was very happy with the purchasing of the medal and the quick turnaround to get it shipped. I did receive the order a day later than wanted but it was a last minute order and we were able to make it work.
