Took about 6 times to get the order to go through. I was repeatedly prompted to review my shipping, change to credit card, then finally I was able to order with my original choice to pay through paypal. I received my order extremely quickly! Thank you!
When I am ordering so many medals and only changing the text in the 3rd line (finish place), it would be a lot more convenient if the blanks would automatically fill with what was in the previously requested medal.
The medals looks really good but the only comment I have is that for one of the medals I received missed the laser engraving for the Bronze medals. I will need to contact the customer care.

It would be good to get estimated ship dates at time of order. Also, didn't see options to add pics to blank medal plates. I got the product within a week which means it was on time for the event. It was a lot smaller than I imagined based on the picture, but other than that I am happy with the product. The runners who received it loved their medals.
