Ive ordered befor and the ribbions came in stained a few of them and they were replaced with no problem. Excellent customer service. However not sure how anyone would pass the ribbons to be shipped especially since that time the option was to have on the medal so someone had to of seen them they really should of never left that way thats how noticeable the stains were. But it was corrected quickly and kindly so no complaints. Thanks for the great service.

Great prices on the style of basketball medal I was looking for.
The medals were awesome. I had an engraving machine and sold it. I outsource now to a local shop. They do not have medals like the ones you all have. I will shop again. Impressed w/ product and time frame. Basketball coach was OVERJOYED w/ the award he was going to give the kids.
