I placed my order on a Saturday. On Sunday, I realized I had made a mistake with the engraving. I sent an email. Immediately, a very nice gentleman responded! He corrected my mistake, sent it to me to verify and asked if I needed anything else! I'm very proud of the medals I ordered! They are heavy; not that cheap, plastic mess I've ordered before! I am very satisfied! I will definitely be doing business with them again!

Good quality inexpensive medals with fast shipping.
Fine; website was a bit tricky to navigate on my old laptop, but got the job done. Was a bit disappointed with your meager selection of ribbons. We like to give them to all oarticipants, and I have seen some nice ones on other sites.
