The website is really well designed; one of the best I've seen. I especially like the 360 view and window options to see more clearly the medal color/wood color on plaques. I also like the ability to see detail on what was ordered, since engraving may be different on different items. Regarding the website, I would only recommend a way to get back to shopping from the cart screen. Maybe it is there, but I could not see it. Regarding products, I also like the range of options, medals in my case, that I haven't been able to find on other sites. Thanks.
It was hard to navigate through the site at first. The medals came in and they were better than we expected... We will be buying from you again next year.

Not sure if it was your site or my computer, but had a few issues with items not displaying properly. Also, last year's order came with an extra ring to attach medals to ribbons. This year's order did not.
My experience was great! Initially, because I had never ordered anything from Expressmedals before, I was uncertain. But I got the championship belt I wanted. It was even better quality than I had anticipated. My winner is thrilled with it. All the participants wanted it. The price was great, especially compared to the other companies I looked at online. And the delivery time was exactly what I needed. This was the Grand Champion Award for almost 50 salespeople, and it went over better than I could have imagined. Our 6u soccer team went 8 and 0. We wanted to reward them properly. The gold medals were a hit with the boys and their parents. We ordered the medals 2 weeks before the last game and we had them in just a few days. I could not be happier with our order.
