The ordering process is a little bit confusing, which is why I gave four stars instead of five to the overall shopping experience. I was very pleased by how fast I received my order and the quality of the medals. They are even nicer than I expected and the price was the best offered on the internet.
Easy to find what I needed and received prompt email responses on the questions I did have. Delivery was fulfilled promptly and I received my items in plenty of time for my event.

I am very happy with my order! Express Medals might consider sturdier packaging. My package was busted upon delivery. All product appears to be in place and not damaged. The package was overstuffed.
Great company and quick turn around time. We would not use anyone else! We have used them for three years now for our grade level award nights. The website is super easy to use and they are very accommodating when you have a special order or request!
