I buy my bowling medals from you every year...great product
Received product and it was perfect! The plate that my ingraving was on did have a small crack or tear in it, and I called about it immediately. The customer service person (Melanie) was very professional and accomidating when I told her the issue about the plate. She immediately had a new one made up and shipped out to me that day and I received it just a couple days later. It was a-ok and I put it on with no trouble. Certainly excellent in customer service, and I thank Melanie for that! Will definitely buy again from Express Medals!

My initial order was incorrect, but they were quick to fix it by shipping me a new ring that matched exactly what I had requested. The ring that wasn't correct turned into a great gag gift for the guy who lost to me in the fantasy championship game. The look on his face when I handed him the 'Finalist' ring was priceless!
