My experience was great. Even after I received my first order with 3 broken trophies. I reached out to customer service and after sending them pictures of the trophies my replacement order was received within the week.

I wish you had all of the products I had ordered, or the site said "out of stock". I spent an hour typing what went on each trophy only to get an email the next day.

Easy to use website, will order again if need more trophies.

I am using the express medals for a craft project, easy to order (relatively) you have to email them your text and special instructions not sure why this can't be done on the ordering website, once you get the hang of it it's no big deal, medals arrived as promised and were perfect. Definitely recommend Expressmedals.com
