A pharmacy that does not fill prescriptions. Do not use them if you want to retain your sanity much longer.
After having Express Scripts pharmacy for 5+ yrs a change of insurance forced me to a new one. NEVER AGAIN. This yr I was able to switch my insurance and I specifically went to one who offered Express Scripts. I already have all my meds seamlessly transferred and NO issues. The other (OprumRX) was horrible. After 12 months they still would not provide one medication. Express scripts is efficient and affordable.
"Would you continue to hold for the supervisor?" a dozen times. Four-five times repeating my name, DOB, zip code, transferred numerous times, HAD TO SAY REPEATEDLY Express Scripts CONFIRMED THEY HAD BEGUN MY ORDER 7 DAYS PREVIOUS Prescription #:***** 7256
Invoice #: ************ WITH NO NEW INFO ON ORDER STATUS. That is what started a fool's errand for me being told by a MADDENINGLY UNCARING ELDER LADY: "We don't have that order. Would you continue to hold for a supervisor?" over and over and over again. She would never acknowledge that Express Scripts had sent me a confirmation email: Thanks For Your Order, Janet, with an invoice # above. Talking to this woman made me think Express Scripts is purposely lowering their valuation for imminent planned takeover. WHAT IN THE WORLD HAS HAPPENED TO EXPRESS SCRIPTS? I've been with Express Scripts since 2010 with excellent service. I had to get my Rx at Walgreen's.
CIGNA: WAKE UP EXPRESS SCRIPTS!
I went from an ACA plan to a new one, because I didn't qualify. With the same provider.
Despite the fact they had four prescriptions, from the same doctor, on file, they said I needed new prescription numbers for all of them. New account, they said.
Would have been nice if someone told me.
I called and spoke to a rep who promised to send the scrip I needed. Then when I saw no sign of it shipping, I called, and they said no scrip was ever ordered.
Spoke to a supervisor who promised to check the call logs and get back to me. LOL.
Called my health plan, and wrote a letter to their CEO. Probably will do no good.
Cheap is not always good.

I use this for my husband's prescriptions, they come to our door and are always on time with a 90 day supply. Love it

We have spent weeks waiting on meds, running to the doctors for temporary prescriptions to "hold is over" until the meds finally arrive. This is a total scam - our insurance company requires us to use this and if we don't, we have to pay full price for the prescription. They never show up on time and it is a hassle to pick up a prescription from the doctor to mail in everytime we need a refill. The insurance company must be getting a huge kickback to make our lives so much more difficult - as they have forced us to use the service.
