Exporterindia.com staff is bull$#*! and they regulary eat $#*!s so thats why they using bad words to customers. Ashish kumar and his collegues. So stay away from this biggest MC BC company.
Don't go with exporter india.com. Totally bull$#*! staff and services. Some day ago exporterindia marketing person(preethi) asked that do you want to promote your company on google? Then I replied yes. Then they told me that you have to pay us *******/- and they will make my website and promote it on google. I requested to her for negotiate some amount and they asked me to pay for *******/- for one year. So I did the payment. But After payment, Ashish Kumar called me and discussed with me till one and half hour and took my company all the documents. And after that he told me you have to pay quotation amount(*******/-)for website publishing. If I did not make payment they will not make my website and they will refused to promote my website. I told them why you didn't informed me about this thing first. They did not send me any email regarding this(quotation). And after that I requested to marketing person for refund my amount and I am not interested in your company then they told me what is your problem and they will negotiate amount to *******/-, and after that they came to *******/- I was inform him that I will tell you later. Then today 5/3/*******@11.30Am he called me and said that I don't want to deal with your company, and he started talking with rudely by saying that,(go get lost I will not refund your money back, do what ever you want to, like your people many came and many gone) and after that he started using bad words, and told that if you do not make payment, we will file a complaint against your company. So finally the senior of marketing department called me and started talking with me rudely saying that,{we will not refund you any single rupees}, by using bad language. So I just want my money back.

My experience with Exporters India has been full of issues and discrepancies. However, in the end, the team settled all the hitches with the easiest solution available. Around 4 months back I purchased basmati rice in bulk from one of the dealers situated in Surat. The payment was made on the day of the purchase, but the delivery reached to me in Delhi after 25 days.

What disappointed me more was the fact that the team didnt cooperate much in the beginning; in fact, nobody had an idea about the actual status of the shipment. The whole process and lack of information among the support team wasted a whole lot of time that could have been saved. Though everything settled after the long stretch of 25 days, but I would seriously consider twice before making a purchase of Exporters India next time.
