This company exportersIndia.com is a fraud company. They promised me 20
Verified buy leads per month and proper creation and promotion of my website for a yearly Subscription for RS 26,000/-. But failed to deliver any of their promised services even after three months of yearly subscription. Complaint after complaint there personnel has same repetitive sentences" we are working and soon you will get results". Shameful and frustrating attitude. I request all business community to avoid this company they are fraud. They will never cater the customer after getting money.

I took an membership on 18/may/2018... still now no progress and nobody is responding. Still now i DIDN'T RECEIVED MY LOGIN CREDENTIALS. WORST... They commit everything big and they speak in your local language for building trust. Once you took the membership they will ask you spend more money for promotion else they will respond to your calls / emails etc. PLEASE REQUESTING ALL TO BE VERY CAREFUL while choosing EXPORTERS INDIA.

I am writting to you in regards to a complaint about my profile in Exportersindia.
I was trying to get my problem resolved since March, 2018 for not getting the buy leads, but didn't received any meaningfull resolution for the same.

I have aIready wasted my last 4 months, you can check my dashboard, there was no buy leads purchased except one and that too it was old.
Therefore I need my problem to be resolved in this month or else i need my full refund.

I also need my account manager(Rajkumar) to be changed and replaced by some responsible person who can understand the query of client and not to keep on argueing with the client.

He later on stopped responding to my mails and calls, i was also trying to get in touch with pinky (sales person) but after listing to the name she always ignores and let other say that tell "pinky is out of office".

This is not the correct professionalism, I have my profile at other places too like indiamart, tendertiger and just dial etc. this is not the way they act.

Although I am a manufacturer and supplier of different types of home décor products, I am not getting good online leads. I already had an e-commerce website of my own. But, it was not generating enough traffic and thus, my business was not progressing much. One of my acquaintances suggested me to register myself on the ExportersIndia.com portal. So, I called them on their toll-free number and explained my query. The executive suggested me to register on the portal so I took the basic plan. But, still, there was no improvement. The person who got me subscribe is no more in touch, since my registration every time some one new person calling me that he/she is my relationship manager or bul$#*!... These guys giving ******* business yes Zero... There is no firm buy lead... sometime customer denying any such inquiries they have raised... no detail of inquiry before you buy lead, after you buy such lead you will get 0000 as business, you waste your time, energy looking for potential customer... Pls pls if you are reading this review and even once you are thinking of getting their services, kindly pls pls dont get in their fancy talk... at least send me your contact details on *******@asia.com before you go for subscription...

I don't want to give even half rating to these guys.
These guys are proving that Delhi is full of Thugs and they are No. 1 thugs. They told me that once you subscribe for membership, business will start coming and I will myself ask for up gradation of membership. It is been now two months. Not a single lead. Now they are asking for up gradation of membership without providing any business.
Whenever I call them, they say someone will call back in 1 hr which never happen. When I again call them saying no one is giving me support, they behave like they are not aware of this. Looks like there are 4-5 guys sitting and they are making fool to everyone. For example if your contact person is Mr. Vikas (Real name of one of cheater, I hope), he will not pick you phone, some one else will pick and say Vikas is not here. He will call back.

Pls pls pls, dont subscribe for these cheaters. At the time of getting money, they will promise like you will grow because of them only, but at the end you will end up losing the money only. Rest will be your call.

exporterindia.com call centre people are bunch of crooks. They offered free membership on their website so one of our employee registered on it. However, we never got any business from their website. Thereafter they started us calling again and again to take paid membership. We asked them to delete our account but they abused us and asked why we took free membership if we are not interested in paid membership. They are really bunch of crooks who engage in useless discussions with their client and irritate them. We advise all such members to delete their accounts from their website in their own interest.

I write in great frustration at the dishonesty of this company. I signed up for silver membership to see what it is all about. Immediately I started getting calls to upgrade for a package thats almost $1000. I declined. I wanted to see what was going to come of my Silver membership.
I was contacted by a buyer who was interested in a product. Turns out the company was a scam. I complained that this was not a good lead and requested a refund for that lead. After days of calling and asking about my refund lead, I soon realize its not gonna happen. My account manager had his supervisor call me. He was ssssooooo abrupt and ill mannered. I hav e not got a refund and was told i bought a lead and its on me if its a fraud. He was stilkl insisting on me buying a upgraded package.

Be very careful with your buy leads, do not get scammed. They are not vetted and you will not be refunded. Totally dishonest, nothing I was told at sign up turned out to be true.
