I really liked the jacket a lot, I was looking for a good down jacket for a while and I have had great experience with EVO in the past. Unfortunately the jacket was damaged when it arrived, there is a cut from a knife/sharp instrument at the inner side of one of the arms. I don't think I would be able to repair. I was offered a discount if I kept the product and repair it or I could send it back for a full refund or new replacement. If there had been the same jacket still available I would have taken it. When I called I did not even wait for two seconds, the service was very prompt and friendly and efficient. Despite this disappointment, I still would recommend EVO and shop there in the future.
