Compared to other websites (Dogfunk, Backcountry) I like Evo's return policy best. Since I live in Seattle, it's nice to know that I am guaranteed the ability to return my products as if they never happened. However, I've recently placed a few orders via Backcountry because I don't get charged tax, but do on Evo.
Also wish Evo did more pictures of the products on models to show fit.

I had the item delivered to family members - so I have not seen the items yet (other than on skype). I will see them early next year so I assume they are in order.
