Buying guide was so detailed and helpful.
But the actual product was little bit different than what I expected.
We did not received the bindings until March 9th, 11 days after we ordered and did express shipping. You all did refund us the delivery charge, however, they came after we went skiing and had to rent equipment.
The hardest part is choosing from all the different brands and models.
I love the Frye Tegan lace-ups - sooo cute and comfy!
Good selection, great CS team
I was unclear from the website at to whether the Float 22 came with a cylinder or not. Patrick quickly answered my question and confirmed that it did, but that the cylinder is empty. As I picked up the Float 22, I found that not only did I get it at a very good price and that the cylinder was included (as Patrick said, and a $175 value at competitors) but that, bonus surprise, it was filled and ready to go! Two days later, I was heli-skiing in BC :)
