Great customer service -- I called and asked the rep about the board and the return policy and he was great. However, the product came and is in a slightly different color scheme than was shown on the site for the exact same product and size (155cm). The Burton logo was suppose to be in white with blue background, and it came in reverse. I looked into it and apparently Burton does that to save on material costs. Not a deal breaker, but I definitely wanted the color scheme shown on the site.

I love how Evo puts pictures of each item's different colors offered under the main picture. You can click on them and it switches the color on the main screen so you can quickly scroll through colors rather than having to click ten different things to see once color. Overall, I had a very efficient, pleasant shopping experience!
