My son goes through shoes so quickly. He loves Nike hightops and isn't picky on color. You have a great selection in clearance so he was happy to find a pair he loved for a low price.

Bummer you are only offering very expensive shipping options to a home address in Alaska (only offered 1 day and 2 day service). USPS would be cheaper and works just fine for shipping items to Alaska. If there's any way to change the shipping on this order that would be great.

I have purchased several items from Evo and it has always been a simple procedure. One time I found that the item I purchased went on sale at Evo just a few weeks after the purchase. I called Evo and, just as they say, absolutely no hassle. They refunded the difference to me. I will continue to be an Evo customer.

Boots came as expected. Previously tried on at ski shop for fit. Fit as expected.

I had no issues and it was very easy to use the website and purchase what I needed.

Cant rate if i would buy from you again yet as this is the first time and the process in not complete. This is a better follow up question after the process is complete.

It could be better if the shoes have a better package, nothing to complain beside this.

Unfortunately, the item I ordered did not fit but returning it was very easy. I followed the intstructions on evo.com/returns, completed the required information, printed the UPS return label sent to my e-mail address and dropped off the package at my local UPS store.

I called the customer service line and the person was very helpful! I am a first time snowboard buyer and he took the time to point me in the right direction.
