I ordered a pair of bindings and a snowboard. Both came in a timely matter but unfortunately the snowboard was damaged due to a box cutter. This may have happened in the shipping process or when their product came into their warehouse. I have emailed Customer Care and it has been 24 hours and I still have not heard back from them but I would like to think that it will be taken care of and the expenses will be covered by them as the product was damaged upon arrival. Ordering the product was easy and fast and other than the damaged snowboard, it was a good experience.

Everything was received, quicker than anticipated, and was in good condition. Final verdict on the product won't be known until we get some snow and I can try the skis out. But the experience with EVO was as good as always.
