My item qualified for free shipping, but I chose to pick it up in house. Took much longer than I thought to arrive at evo store, was never notified it had arrived, so I stopped in and it was there.
Customer service did respond to my email the day earlier and said I would receive email once it had arrived, but never did receive that email. In future, I'll save the hastle of my follow up, stopping in, etc. and just have it sent via UPS/FedEx and save me the time.
