I received the board I ordered in a pleasantly short time frame. Service was great. The only issue I had is the board I received had totally different graphics than the one I ordered.
I love how informative this site is; it's very important to research, understand and compare these products before making any major purchases and this site allows to do this rather easily and comfortably.
I would also add a list of pros and cons to each product.
*** I live in Israel and ordered the boots to a US address. I will only get them in the Summer when I get there. So I wanted to notify you and find out whether it is OK to consider this in case I find out that there is a problem with the boots/size when I get them (?), even though it'll be so much later than the actual purchase time. Same for another order I made (#*******W) of a set of skis, bindings and poles.

This is my 3rd order this season. Great prices. Last order: snowboard boots, Salomon f4, love'm, very comfy...
When my order arrived, a bib, I had to return it for a larger size. I currently have (S) bib and I assumed that this one (S) would also fit me, but it did not.
I always love shopping on Evo!

Cheap prices and informative videos for beginning snowboarders.
So far my experience has been good. The design of the site and product information has been helpful.
My only complaint is in the design of the board that I purchased, which has nothing to do with EVO. I found out after I had already made my purchase that the LibTech board does not carry a metal edge around the nose and tail of the board. I imagine there is a good reason, and will be extra careful to avoid dings in line.

So difficult with wide, big feet to shop online for snowboard boots...sometimes requires trial & error, evo easy return policy facilitates
I would have liked the option to order the rain pants in a different length, but there was no option to leave a message about that when i ordered. I would have liked the pants in a short length, which i have ordered from other companies.
Your site had great information, prices were competitive, and your phone rep, sorry I missed his name, was very helpful with making a choice of the best first boards for my sons.
