The free delivery option is poor. At the very least signature on delivery should be a click box rather a text box for delivery comments, as it wasn't clear to me that a signature would not be needed. In the end I requested the USPS SMS updates. When I phoned Evo customer services they could have told me about this rather than just saying 'there is nothing we can do'

Looked online- went to store, product not in store. Bought online! Gloves were out of stock in Seattle and Portland. Couldn't even order online. Had to shop at a competitor for gloves I wanted.

For the price I paid there shouldn't have been any cosmetic defects. The pair of boots have cosmetic defects and I'm kind of disappointed that I need them for my trip to colorodao this weekend but won't be able to wear them. Now it appears to be burtons fault. But I still have to deal with the situation.
