Would have liked the bindings to be already mounted to the skis when they arrived but had to wait another 10 days to use them because I had to bring them into a shop

Ordered a pair of ski pants on the 28th and didn't receive them until the 10th. UPS tracking showed a delivery date.of the 8th, while customer service said the delivery date was the 12th. UPS transferred to local post office on the 7th, at that point tracking was non-existent. Customer service was friendly, but didn't really offer any help prior to the passing of their delivery date of the 12th. Much longer turn-around than my other experiences ordering online.

I love my shopping experience at Evo, and delivery was ahead of time! Unfortunately, upon opening the package, the poles that I purchased are not the right fit for me and what I am intending to do. The poles do not extend to the length I need of them, and when pressure is applied to the top have of the pole, the locking mechanism does not keep the ski extended (i.e.- can easily have the poles get shorter, with lock closed and little pressure.
